The model of this helmet replica is a German Morion helmet from the second half of the 16th century. The helmet has a comfortable leather inlay with a chin strap.
The Morion was used long until the beginning of the 17th century. The type of helmet was first needed from the pikeniers, and later mainly from town gardists.
